Terms of service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using StageForge (stageforge.app), operated by BlockForge Technologies LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

StageForge provides temporary WordPress staging environments via Docker containers. Users connect their WordPress sites through our plugin, create backups, and launch isolated staging environments for testing purposes.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Permitted use

You may use StageForge only for lawful testing of WordPress sites you own or have explicit permission to test. You may not:

• Use staging environments to serve production traffic.
• Host malware, phishing, or illegal content.
• Attempt to break out of the container sandbox or attack other tenants.
• Use the service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-abusive workloads.
• Connect sites without authorization from their owners.

5. Pricing and billing

Pricing is pay-per-use: $12 per staging launch, $7 per 48-hour extension. Volume discounts apply automatically at 20+ launches per calendar month. Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

Charges are non-refundable except where the service fails due to our error or where required by law. Report issues within 7 days of launch.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Staging is a testing service, not a production hosting service. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice.

7. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of your WordPress content, code, and databases. We act as a processor for the purpose of running your staging environment. We do not claim any rights to your content.

8. Intellectual property

StageForge trademarks, logos, and the stageforge.app codebase remain our property. Our open-source WordPress plugin is licensed under GPLv2 or later.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockForge Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using StageForge at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, we delete your data according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of Wyoming.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders 30 days before taking effect.
